Exploring the world of Mead.

In case it's needed these are the instructions for making Memorial Bread in about 20 minutes using wheat flour (AP) and water! Also, barley or rice flour can be substituted.


Sloppy Joes (Makes 8)

Cook and drain 1 pound of ground beef.

To the cooked beef mixture, add 1/2 teaspoon chili powder, 1/4 teaspoon oregano, 1/4 teaspoon cayenne, 1/2 cup ketchup, 3 tablespoons mustard, and 2 tablespoons A-1 sauce or BBQ sauce.
1. Heat the mixture thoroughly.
2. Place 8 hamburger rolls on a cookie sheet, cut side up.
3. Broil the rolls under the broiler for 1-2 minutes until toasted.
4. Spoon the beef mixture onto the bottom halves of the toasted rolls.
5. Top with the upper halves of the rolls and serve.


Oven Baked Chicken Wings Total Prep Time: 1 Hour 5 Minutes
Ingredients:
12 Chicken Wings
2 tblspoons Avocado Oil (or high heat oil)
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
.5 teaspoon sea salt
.25 teaspoon Pepper

Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 400F
2. In a mixing bowl mix the spices and toss wings into seasoning until fully coated
3. place wings onto baking sheet that has been sprayed with cooking oil
4. Bake wings for 45 - 60 minutes until golden brown (reccomended to flip after ~20 minutes)
